Calendar Updates!

Hey everyone, we've had a few recent schedule changes that you all should be aware of:

• Our October meeting has been bumped by Barnes & Noble having a book signing / fund raising event so we are cancelling it.  That's ok as we have both Astronomy day on the 18th and a Vasquez Rocks star party on the 25th.
• We will also be having a booth at the Placerita Canyon Nature Center for the Countywide Fitness Challenge on September 20th.  A morning of hiking and fun for all and solar scopes for us...
• COC has tentatively scheduled their Fall Star Party for November 7th.  It's their 10th anniversary of holding star parties so let's all come out and support them.
• For some reason, the November meeting was scheduled for November 7th which isn't the second Friday of the month so we are moving it to the 14th which is.

We've still got lots of events remaining this year with these events, the regular club observing gathering at Chuchupate, and the kickoff of another year of school outreach programs.
